We process and ship orders throughout the week, except on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Shipping Partners

To ensure fast and safe delivery, we ship all orders through reputed courier services. In cases where courier services are unavailable in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the total volume of your order, not per item.
  • All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of taxes, except for Octroi charges, if applicable in your region.
  • For shipments to Maharashtra, an additional Octroi charge may be applicable and will be borne by the customer.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3–4 working days, or as per the delivery date specified at the time of order placement.
  • Most orders are delivered within 7–8 working days after dispatch.
  • All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a product that appears to be damaged or the packaging is tampered with, please follow these steps:

  1. Refuse to accept the package from the delivery person.
  2. Immediately WhatsApp us at 9958250661, mentioning your Order ID.
  3. We will ensure a replacement is shipped to you at no extra cost.

If you accept the package and later discover that the product inside is damaged, please:

  • Ensure you have a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the condition of the item upon opening.
  • This video is mandatory for us to process any replacement or refund requests.
  • Kindly retain the original product tag and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
